Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Paqet collects, how it is used, and how you can access or delete it.

1. Who we are

Paqet is a community pack review site for Etterna, run by Martzi. You can contact me by email at dourcharting@gmail.com or on Discord (dancing_kasha).

2. What information we collect

When you log in to Paqet, the site verifies your EtternaOnline forum account using a code you place temporarily in your forum profile. The site does not ask for or store your forum password.

Once verified, it stores:

• your forum username
• an avatar image, if you choose to upload one
• the ratings and reviews you submit
• the packs you mark as favourites

If you add a pack or a charter entry, that information is stored and shown publicly on the site, along with your username.

3. How your information is used

This information is used to show your reviews, your favourites, and your profile page to other visitors, and to let you log back in without repeating the verification process every time.

I would rather jump off a cliff into jagged rocks head-first than sell any data to third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Paqet's database is hosted by Supabase, in their EU region. Images you upload are also stored through Supabase.

The site itself is hosted by Neocities. Neocities, Supabase, and any other service involved in running the site may log standard technical information, such as your IP address, as part of normal hosting operations.

5. Cookies and local storage

Paqet does not use cookies. When you log in, a session token is stored in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in between visits. This token is not sent to any third party and is removed when you log out.

6. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account from the Account Settings page while logged in. This removes your reviews, your favourites, and your login. Packs or charters you added stay on the site, but are no longer linked to your account.

If you would rather we delete this data manually, contact Martzi and they will do so.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy updates for any reason other than I am being forced at gunpoint to update it (Or the law changes), please ping me and complain, harass me, bully me, insult all my scoreposts, and boycott my files.
