Orphaned images are normally removed when a pack, charter, or avatar is replaced or deleted, and this sweeps up any that were missed.
Export user data
For a data request. Enter a forum username and download everything the site holds about that account as one file: the account, reviews and their favourite charts, replies and comments written, favourites, lamps, likes given, follows, blocks, packs added, reports filed, reports about the account, moderation records and appeals. It leaves out what belongs to other people: accounts that blocked this one, comments and replies others wrote on it, and who filed reports about it. Read the file before sending it on.

Rejecting needs a reason. The person who submitted it can read it from their notifications until they delete it.

Posts containing a blocked word are refused. A plain word is blocked as a whole word. To block every spaced out or broken up version too, type it that way, like f/a/g/g/o/t. Plurals need their own entry.
